How Long does shipping take?
You will receive an order tracking within 24-48hrs, and deliveries are typically made within 3-5 business days. We do NOT insure orders and you are responsible for providing correct address information.
I'd like to return my order
We follow a 30 day return policy. Requiring Customers to notify us of any return intentions within this period. Products must be undamaged, unworn, and unused, with tags attached, within 14 days of the initial notification. Customers are responsible for all return-related costs, including shipping. Additionally, we offer a Return/Refund Policy for damaged or defective products, with claims accepted within 5 days of the item being received. Items must be undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags and certificates of authenticity attached.
I'd like to cancel my order
Product orders may be canceled at any time while the order has a status of "Unfulfilled." Once an order has any status other than "Unfulfilled," the order cannot be canceled but may be returned in accordance with our return policy.
How to initiate a return
To initiate a return please contact us first by visiting our "contact" page and submit your order number and the reason for the return (unwanted, wrong item, damaged, etc.).
Wait for our instructions. Please do not ship the item until you receive an RMA and a return address. Returns shipped without an RMA may be refused.
Return the item in its original packaging. Include the RMA number on the outside of the box and inside on a note. Use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt.
Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us so we can help you resolve it right away.
